Our Story
Siyanda, founded in 2004 by a group of black business professionals, began with a focus on industrial minerals, energy, and steel raw materials to drive industrialization and infrastructure.
In less than a decade, Siyanda evolved from a single asset company into a diversified resources group, managing both cash-generative and developmental assets. The group holds various interests in operating, greenfield, and brownfield projects, growing through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions funded by internal and external resources. Siyanda's success is also attributed to valuable partnerships that enhance its technical and management strength
